Canada - Laser Forces (and Direct Energy Weapons (DEW))

Canada has no laser forces and it is unclear whether it has developed a revised military doctrine to acknowledge the shift in intelligent technologies. It seems improbable, that without laser batteries, that drone swarms can be defeated. Area access denial then becomes problematic as does freedom of movement.
