Cyber is the new high ground - where both defence and offense play. It may well be too that there is a fundamental law of complex software systems that they will never be secure. The problem may indeed be as - some have suggested - unsolvable: not just hard, expensive, and difficult. We must add as well to this quagmire of a witches brew - artificial intelligence and the quantum world.
