Over the next two decades the North American economy and with it the social underpinings of three great democracies are going to be turned on their ear by
artificial intellignence developments. AIification presents enormous opportunity for everyone but it also presents great challenges that can best be met by
recognizing the mutuality of interests of all of the regions of North America and of all of the people that make it up.
North American Policy harmonization might begin with the sharing of learnings for an understanding of the saliency of AI policy development is poorly distributed
geographically as will AIifiction impacts.
Much of the material here will be from my companion website CascadiaPrime.com which seeks to cast light on artificial intelligence developments
and the process of AIification and its social and therefore political impacts.
Some aspects of North American Artificial Intelligence Policy development may be as simple as coordinating autonomous vehicle air, land and sea traffic rules across North America to the more difficult rules around the taxation policy harmonization
of the transnational corporate winners (Google, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft) and the creation of guaranteed annual income policies to forstall social and political instability.
